    Hello, Recently after updating the Diabox app, both my partner and daughter have been unable to re-connect with the Bubblan device. The suggestion to press the data collection down arrow repeatedly does not allow selection of any options. The data collection bar is in fact unresponsive.
    Can you help? Joe.

      Press more and different places. It does work have patience.

        Hello again, I’m happy to report that the data collection drop down menu on the Diabox app is now back operational and both of our systems reported previously are now fully functional. Thanks.
